The AI OS is a team of AI helpers, called agents, connected to your phone, calendar and billing. They handle the office work on a lawn business while you handle the grass.
Who it is for
Owner-operators and small crews who mow, edge and treat lawns, and who are outside with a machine running when the phone rings.
The problem
You cannot answer a text mid-mow. Quotes mean a drive across town, the route lives on a clipboard, and invoices wait until after dark.
What you get
Every text and call answered while the crew is working
Quotes from a map measurement, with no drive to the property
A daily route put in a sensible driving order
Review requests and invoices sent when the job is done

What the demo shows
Every step, explained
Each button above plays one of these stories at GreenEdge Lawn Co. (sample). Press one, or just read them here. All names and prices are made up for the demo.
Send a lead
A stranger texts a yard photo. By the end they are a weekly customer on the Tuesday route.
Dana texts a photo of her yard and her address, asking for a price.
Who does it
The Receptionist agent reads the text and saves the address.
Why it matters
The lead gets a reply straight away, even while you are on a mower. Without it, Dana texts the next company on her list.
The lot is outlined on a map view and the mowable area is worked out.
Who does it
The Estimator agent measures it. On the demo map you can drag the gold corners yourself.
Why it matters
You skip the drive just to look at a yard. A wrong outline is easy to spot and correct before the price goes out.
A per-visit price comes from your rate card and is texted to Dana.
Who does it
The Estimator agent does the sum. You set the rates.
Why it matters
Every customer is priced the same way, so quotes do not depend on who picked up the phone.
Dana says yes. A recurring Tuesday job appears for the next six weeks.
Who does it
The Dispatcher agent creates the job on your calendar.
Why it matters
One text becomes repeat work, with no one retyping it into a schedule.
Her home is slotted into the Tuesday route in the spot that makes the most sense.
Who does it
The Dispatcher agent re-solves the stop order.
Why it matters
New customers do not add a zigzag to the crew's day.
Simulate a call
A regular customer needs a change. The office work takes care of itself.
Marcus calls: he has a party Thursday and wants Wednesday instead.
Who does it
The Receptionist agent takes the call and writes down the request.
Why it matters
You do not have to stop the mower or remember a voicemail.
His stop comes off Thursday and the rest of that route closes the gap.
Who does it
The Dispatcher agent moves the job and re-solves the route.
Why it matters
The crew does not drive to a yard that has moved.
Marcus gets a text confirming Wednesday between 9 and 11.
Who does it
The AI OS sends it over SMS.
Why it matters
He knows it is handled, so he does not call back to check.
Run the day
Follow one truck through a day of stops.
Stops loaded in booked order are re-sorted into a shorter drive.
Who does it
The Dispatcher agent does this before the crew leaves.
Why it matters
Less windshield time. The crew opens a route instead of building one on a clipboard.
As the truck moves, the next customer is told the crew is 10 minutes away.
Who does it
The AI OS sends an on-the-way text.
Why it matters
Customers can open the gate and put the dog inside, so the crew is not stuck waiting.
Once a job is done, the customer gets a request for a Google review.
Who does it
The Follow-up agent sends it.
Why it matters
Reviews get asked for every time, not only when someone remembers.
Invoices go out for the day's finished jobs.
Who does it
The Bookkeeper agent sends them. You approve anything unusual.
Why it matters
Billing is finished by evening, not at the kitchen table.
Words used in this demo
Rate card
Your own price list. The AI OS quotes from it and does not make up prices.
Route solve
Working out the stop order that cuts the driving between jobs.
Day in the life
Before, and with the AI OS
6:30 AM
Before
Scrawl the route on a clipboard from memory.
Miss three calls while mowing. Two leave no voicemail.
Drive across town to eyeball a yard for a quote.
Return calls from the truck. One already hired someone else.
Write invoices at the kitchen table.
With AI OS
Crew opens a route the dispatcher already ordered.
The receptionist answers each call and text mid-mow.
Quotes go out from a lot measurement, no drive needed.
Finished jobs trigger review requests by text.
Invoices are sent. You approve the exceptions and go home.
This day is an illustration of how the work changes. It is not a measured result from a real business.

AI OS
☎
Receptionist
Answers texts and calls while you mow and saves the address, so no lead waits until dark.
⬡
Estimator
Measures the lot from map imagery and prices it from your rate card, which saves a drive just to quote.
➤
Dispatcher
Builds the daily route and reorders it when a job moves, so the crew spends less time driving.
✉
Follow-up
Sends on-the-way texts and asks for a review after each job, so neither depends on memory.
$
Bookkeeper
Invoices finished jobs and chases what is unpaid, so billing is off your evening.
✦
Marketer
Offers aeration and seeding to the right customers in the right season, for extra work from people who already know you.

How each connection gets used
The calendar holds each recurring mow. Maps and routing give the Estimator a view of the lot and the Dispatcher a stop order. Phone and SMS carry every quote and on-the-way text. Stripe, Square or QuickBooks handle the invoices you already send, and your customer records keep each yard's size, price and visit day in one place.
