The AI OS is a set of AI agents connected to your inbox, phone, calendar and documents. They carry a project from first enquiry through plan, proposal and install, then on to a seasonal plan. You approve what goes out.
Who it is for
Design-build landscapers who quote patios, planting beds and full yards, then install them and maintain them for years.
The problem
Site visits go to people with no budget. Proposals take days to price by hand, material prices move, and finished clients drift away instead of becoming maintenance work.
What you get
Budget and scope checked before you drive out
A draft plan your designer can refine
Good, better and best options priced from that plan
Install phases in order, with price changes flagged
A four-season maintenance plan after every install

What the demo shows
Every step, explained
Each button above plays one of these stories at Stonebrook Landscape Studio (sample). Press one, or just read them here. All names and prices are made up for the demo.
Send a lead
A web enquiry about a patio becomes three priced options, signed off by the owner before they go out.
Aisha fills in your web form: a patio and new beds, with a budget of around $18k (sample).
Who does it
The Intake agent reads it and checks budget and scope.
Why it matters
You spend site visits on people who are ready to buy, not on a free design for someone who is only browsing.
A concept plan is drawn with the patio, beds and plants placed on it.
Who does it
The Design Assistant agent drafts it. Your designer reviews it and has the final say.
Why it matters
The first draft takes less of your designer's time, and the client has something to react to.
The plan is priced into three tiers.
Who does it
The Estimator agent prices each item from your own costs.
Why it matters
Clients choose a level of spend rather than saying yes or no to one number.
The proposal waits for your approval, then goes to Aisha by email.
Who does it
You approve it inside InfiniBot. The AI OS sends it.
Why it matters
Nothing reaches a client without your OK, and proposals stop sitting unsent for a week.
Simulate a call
Two things change at once: a supplier price and the client's mind.
The stone yard emails that the paver pallet price has gone up.
Who does it
The Estimator agent matches the email to the hardscape line on this job.
Why it matters
A cost rise gets caught before it eats your margin, not when the invoice arrives.
You are asked to approve the new price.
Who does it
The Project Manager agent raises it.
Why it matters
You decide what happens, and there is a record of why the number moved.
Aisha calls and asks to swap the water feature for something else.
Who does it
The Design Assistant agent replaces it with a plant bed. The Estimator agent reprices the tiers.
Why it matters
The client sees the new plan and new numbers together, with no back and forth over days.
Run the day
The signed project moves through install and into recurring work.
The install is broken into phases and put in order, from demolition through hardscape to planting.
Who does it
The Project Manager agent sequences it.
Why it matters
Crews and materials are lined up in the right order, so nobody waits on a pallet.
Each phase is ticked off as the work finishes.
Who does it
Your crew reports progress. The Project Manager agent updates the plan.
Why it matters
You can see where the job stands without driving out.
A maintenance plan is drafted for all four seasons, and Aisha is told her first spring visit is booked.
Who does it
The Seasonal Planner agent drafts it. The AI OS texts her.
Why it matters
A one-off install turns into repeat work, without you trying to remember whose beds need mulch.
Words used in this demo
Hardscape
The solid parts of a yard, such as patios, paths and walls.
Good, better, best
Three versions of one project at three price levels.
Day in the life
Before, and with the AI OS

Before
Crew waits on a pallet nobody confirmed.
Site visit with a browser and no budget.
Price a plan by hand in a spreadsheet.
Proposal from last week still not sent.
Try to remember whose beds need mulch this spring.
With AI OS
Crews start with materials confirmed the day before.
Site visits are for leads already qualified on budget.
A concept plan becomes a priced draft for your review.
You approve three tiers and they go out.
Seasonal plans queue up the next visit on their own.
This day is an illustration of how the work changes. It is not a measured result from a real business.

How each connection gets used
Supplier email brings price changes in to the Estimator. Document signing handles the proposal, and QuickBooks or Stripe handle deposits and milestone bills. The calendar holds crew days and seasonal visits, phone and SMS carry client updates, and customer records keep each plan and plant list on file for next season. Google reviews are requested once the install is finished.
